If you are an employee with the Saskatchewan public service, your job has been classified within a classification plan. Classification plans provide a set of standard criteria to determine the value of one job in relation to another. 

Positions in the Saskatchewan public service are classified  under one of three plans that each have their own set of standard criteria: The SGEU plan, the CUPE plan and the Management Classification and Compensation Plan.
